Option 1:

Select the type of test you wish to take, then complete the customer information section and then select the payment method using our secure PayPal payment processing. The zip code you enter will be used to determine the closest drug testing center where you will go to take the test. A registration/ confirmation form with instructions will be sent to the e -mail address you provided. Payment must be received prior to a test being scheduled.

Option 2:

Call Accredited Drug Testing Inc at 1-800-221-4291 and speak with an ADT representative and schedule your test by phone. Please have the customer information including zip code and method of payment available.
