There are several convenient methods in which you can schedule a drug or alcohol test, these include calling our office directly at (800) 221-4291, emailing our scheduling office or scheduling the test yourself by logging in to our scheduling system. Whichever method you choose, be assured that my staff and I are available to assist you at all times.
